後期専門研修を希望される方へ

専門研修プログラムのご案内

当科では以下の流れで研修を行っております。

　　　　　１年目：当院にて耳鼻咽喉?頭頸部外科の基本的知識、診療技術の習得
　　　２～３年目：関連研修施設のA. 地域医療の中核を担う病院 もしくは B. 地域の頭頸部外科治療を中心とする病院にて研修。
　　　　　　　　　(1年交替。例：2年目→Aの病院にて研修、3年目→Bの病院にて研修 など)
　　　　　４年目：当院にて耳鼻咽喉?頭頸部外科のさらに高度な臨床疾患に対する治療の研修もしくは大学院への進学
　?関連研修施設?
　　　　　　　　Ａ．東京北医療センター、さいたま市民医療センター
　　　　　　　　Ｂ．埼玉県立がんセンター、自治医科大学附属病院、東北大学病院
他、研修期間中に日本耳鼻咽喉科?頭頸部外科学会認定学会にて論文学会発表3回以上、学術雑誌に筆頭著者として1編以上の論文執筆?公表の実施を行います。
なお、プログラムに定められた研修の評価は施設ごとに指導管理責任者、指導医、専攻医が行い、プログラム責任者が最終評価を行います。
研修の評価や経験症例は日本耳鼻咽喉?頭頸部外科科学会が定めた方法でオンライン登録をします。
